These Four Walls

The Story thus far: After a year long break writing new music and recrutiiong new members, original These four Walls members; Steve Gibbs (vocals), Gray Vickers (guitars / Vocals) and Chris treeby (base / Vocals) recruited Mark Daniels (Guitars) and brad Vickers (drums) to complete the full line-up for their re entrance into the New Zealand music scene in 2007. Where to from here: With Walk Away getting regular airplay on the rock and Kiwi FM and a video on the way, These Four Walls are piosed to renenter the New Zealand music scene, not only better than ever, but older. wiser and with a wealth of experience gained over the last 3 years off gigging and recording.
Biggest Achievements: Playing major festivals around New Zealand including the Shore Sounds Shore day out, 2 shows (with turnouts far greater tha the organiser expectations) at Parachuts '06 and AK05.

2 singles have now recieved strong air play on the radio. Gaining and maintaining the reputation as one the most proffesional and hard working bands in Auckland.

Strangers we'd would most like to meet: People that are successful, and inspiring in what they do, playboy bunnies and all round decent folk.
Biggest Achievement: Supporting Disturbed and Evanescence.

The Gaze

Age: 1.5 years of rad!
What We Do: Aside from guitar hero, ripping on other bands behind their backs and eating, apparently we play ‘rock’ music – although we’re not entirely sure what kind of ‘rock’ it is. Which is a good thing.
Results/Achievements: Finally finishing our first damn record! (due out April 09!)
Strangers We'd most Like to Meet: Hmmm, could spout off a few names, but honestly, anyone with kind, encouraging words and anybody who would like to help us see our dreams to fruition (see above).
Fave Foods: Our collective favourite food would be Burger Fuel, Hummus, Aioli and Crispy chicken wings, but not together, although that probably wouldn’t be that bad.
The Dream is to: Die content… isn’t that everyones dream? Yes? No?
What Halfpast Means to us: Halfpast have given us the mean hook ups to look our best when performing on the stage, strolling to the dairy or catching up on zzzz’s. Basically the crew at Halfpast used to be ‘strangers we’d most like to meet’ once and now they’re cuzzies we know! Chur Halfpast!
